This is very easy to do.
Click on the "US STATES" tab and select all the US States that you're going to sell to.
Next, click on the "COUNTRIES" tab, and select all the Countries that you'll sell & ship your merchandise to.

A tip: If you're not sure if you can ship a certain type product to a certain country, go to the US Postal Service website and find out. |
