The "PAYMENT TYPES" tab lets you set up different flavors of credit cards (that you can accept with your merchant account).
You can also set up payment options like "MONEY ORDER", "BUSINESS CHECKS" etc. Make sure you select "other" when setting up payment types like that.
If you have your own merchant account with AUTHORIZE.NET, you can HOT WIRE your store to charge credit cards in REAL TIME!
That's definitely a MUST for stores that sell DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS, like software, music, video etc.
IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO PUT PAYPAL IN THIS SECTION.
PayPal has it's own tab called "PAYPAL" where you can input information necessary to guide your buyers to your paypal account.
Simply click on the ENABLE PAYPAL radio button, and you're "all ready to charge"... |
