Click on the "STORE ORDERS" tab. The first page will show all "pending" orders. These are the ones that have not been shipped, or marked as shipped.
When a product is ordered, an automated email is sent to the buyer for confirmation and with tracking instructions, as well as a copy to you, as the store owner. You can take immediate action.
When the order is shipped, you mark the order as shipped, and input the tracking number (if applicable) into the form. When hitting the submit button, an email is sent to your buyer informing her/him of the change of status as well as a link to your website where the customer can see the order online.
This nice feature also lets you mark orders as "refunded", "canceled", "back-order" etc.
A special built-in search engine lets you find processed or pending orders in seconds, by inputting certain search criteria into various optional search fields.
